Information about deleting your Fatehawy app account
You can request to delete your account through the Fatehawy app by following these steps:
Financial records (invoices and payments) will be retained in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These records cannot be deleted by law.
Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days of the request date. During this period, you can cancel the request by logging into your account.
